Nomos SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern text messages sent by Nomos Solutions, Inc. DBA Nomos Insurance Solutions ("Nomos," "we," "us"). By consenting to receive text messages from Nomos, you agree to the terms below.
Program Description
Nomos sends one-to-one, conversational SMS messages related to your insurance request, quotes, applications, documents, scheduling, policy status, and customer support. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent
We text you only after you give us your verbal consent during an inbound or outbound phone call with our team related to your insurance request. After you consent, we will send you a confirmation text message that includes links to these SMS Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from Nomos.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your active insurance request or policy service needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Opting Out & Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and stop texting you unless you re-consent.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
